PRIZE INFORMATION

103.5 THE BLAZE FM WILL GIVE AWAY ONE MINI HOUSEBOAT RENTAL FROM OROVILLE LAKE MARINA.  WINNER WILL HAVE ONE YEAR FROM THE GIVEAWAY DATE TO USE THE RENTAL CERTIFICATE.  PRIZE INCLUDES A 8-HOUR MINI HOUSEBOAT RENTAL FOR ONE DAY ON LAKE OROVILLE.  THE WINNERS WILL BE CHOSEN FRIDAY JUNE 27, 2022.   PRE PROMOTION OF THE GIVEAWAY WILL BEGIN JUNE 1 2022.  QUALIFYING WILL BEGIN JUNE 5 THRU JUNE 24th 2022.

ELIGIBILITY

1. Must be at least 18 years of age to enter the DAY ON THE LAKE contest. 
2. Employees and their immediate family members of Deer Creek Broadcasting (DCB) and participating sponsors are not eligible. 
3. One prize per person per household for each station. Only 1 entry per household for entry for DAY ON THE LAKE Contest on air or on-line.

HOW TO WIN:

4. Winners will be chosen on or about June 27, 2022 from the list of all eligible qualifiers.  All qualifications will be done via Facebook, Text to win, station websites, or pre-announced live appearance by radio stations.  Attempting to qualify for another person is not allowed.  
5. All prize certificates must be claimed in person at the Deer Creek Broadcasting studios during regular business hours (2654 Cramer Lane Chico Ca). An appointment may be necessary.   
6. The contest will run from June 1-June 27, 2022
7. Winners may be required to provide a legal driver's license or California state issued identification card and offer written signature as evidence prize has been claimed.  
8. Winners will also may be required to fill out a W-9 Tax Form.
9. Winners will be notified by phone.
10. Winners will be awarded one certificate for an 8 hour mini houseboat rental by Oroville Lake Marinas.  Each boat includes gas for the day, restroom.  Other amenities include a drink station, built in bbq, and ice chest. 
11. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of conclusion of contest or prize will be forfeited. 
12. The winner of the 103.5 THE BLAZE give permission to air his/her voice response on-air and shall allow his/her likeness to be published for marketing purposes. 
13. Winners are required to provide a driver’s license and a credit card the day of the rental.  The credit card will not be charged upon receipt. The information will be retained and subsequently charged for any incidental damages to Oroville Lake Marina equipment.  Winners are responsible for any damages or harm caused to any property or persons on the lake during the rental period.
14. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes where applicable.
15. Winner shall hold harmless 103.5 THE BLAZE, Deer Creek Broadcasting and it's employees, agents and advertisers, including all contest sponsors, from any damages suffered while participating in this contest or during their boat rental by the official winners. 
16. Some prizes are non-transferable and may only be used by the official winners. 103.5 THE BLAZE reserves the right to substitute prizes with other similar prizes of approximate same value. All contest decisions are made by staff and management of 103.5 THE BLAZE and are final. Should a selected winner not meet eligibility criteria or not be able to use the prize during the designated time period, that person shall automatically forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected at random.
17. Entries will also be accepted through the mail, send DCB a letter with your contact information including name, address, phone number and email. Mail your entry to: Deer Creek Broadcasting, c/o 103.5 THE BLAZE Day On The Lake Contest, 2654 Cramer Lane, Chico, CA 95928-8838. Entry must be received by Monday June 20th, 2022.
